Broad selection at good prices. It really helps to know exactly what you want before you come. The help can not only be sometimes difficult to understand, but some of the workers (not all) have a tendency to come across as rather impatient and even terse.
I asked a question about a specific plant. The accuracy of the answer I received was a mixed bag. Some of it was accurate. Some of it not. Perhaps a plant information kiosk would be a helpful addition. I'd much rather receive reliable guidance from a kiosk than deal with an apparently irate employee being dismissive of me.
