Brothers II Cleaners at 3204 Camp Bowie Boulevard, Fort Worth, Texas.

This cleaners has changed ownership and is now Brothers II Cleaners. Horrible service. Left a very nice silk blouse for drycleaning for the very first time -- maybe worn twice. The shirt was returned to me with damage in various spots that appear to be from using too much heat when pressing. The young girl at the counter debated with me on whether it was damaged or just wrinkled, said she'd have to talk to a "manager" Lucy and I should leave it there. I asked for something with the ticket number to prove the garment was mine and keep track of it -- reprint, copy, hand write the info -- and she seemed very put-out by this request. When I asked for the name of the mgr she was going to consult I was asked why I needed that info. I explained it was so I could follow-up if necessary. I was also preemptively told that I wouldn't get the original value of the shirt reimbursed and she debated me about how "new" the shirt was. The clerk definitely had an attitude and when I commented that she didn't seem very interested in trying to resolve the issue, she told me that she didn't like my attitude -- of course I'm going to be frustrated (but civil), you just ruined an expensive shirt and haven't done anything to indicate an attempt to remedy!! I will never go back and I caution others from using them too.
