I 'm shopping AAFCU for a new Credit Union account for my wife. I'm going to have to be on the account, as I am the one that qualifies, so this is personal. We're closing her current account because of all the fees they charge - which is very uncredit union-like, in my experience, and for the limited deposit of $500 through their app. So, when I see reviews about deposits being routed wrong and a complete disconnect between tellers and walk in customers... it unnerves me and makes me leery of banking here.
